What I keep

• Your words: our one conversation.
• Facts about your work, each with a receipt: the line you said it in.
• The jobs you’re looking at, and where each one stands.
• The documents we write together, and the files you give me.
• Your practice: questions, your answers and notes.
• Emails you forward me.

I keep what you tell me about your work by default. Tap Don’t keep on anything and it’s out of your experience at once.

What I never do

• Train any model on your data.
• Sell it, or share it for ads. There are no ad trackers here.
• Send, submit or delete anything for you. You tap to confirm, every time.
• Record an interview without the interviewer saying yes.
• Read your inbox. I only see the emails you forward me.

Who else handles it, and why

• Anthropic. My thinking and writing run on Claude, by Anthropic. It gets what each reply needs: your messages, the facts and jobs in play, and your documents when I write them. Their privacy policy
• OpenAI. Runs my voice when you Talk with me. It hears the live audio and gets the context for that talk, read only. Their privacy policy
• Cloudflare. Serves the website and the app’s pages, and sees the requests that load them. Runs the part of me that talks with you and works in the background, and turns your dictation and recordings into words. Audio passes through and isn’t kept. Their privacy policy
• Supabase. Holds the database and handles sign-in: your email address, your experience, jobs, documents and practice. Their privacy policy
• Our email provider. Delivers the emails I send you and receives the ones you forward me. It sees what’s in them.
• Stripe, once paid plans arrive. Will take payments. Your card goes to Stripe, never to me. Their privacy policy

How long things last

• If you text me without saving, the conversation is deleted after 72 hours.
• Audio is turned into words, then deleted. A recorded interview’s raw transcript goes after 30 days.
• Everything else stays until you remove it. Deleted means deleted.

Your controls

• Don’t keep: take any fact back out, right where I kept it.
• Forget: ask me to forget something, and it goes.
• Export: download everything I have about you.
• Delete account: remove all of it.
